Facing towards the Adriatic Sea, the early morning sun washes over the garden and pool throughout the day. There is a surprisingly large walled garden with open views to the rolling countryside and hilltop towns. The swimming pool is on the lower level, the perfect space for sunbathing and relaxing.

The upper level provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining and entertaining. The large, open living area and four double bedrooms provide plenty of space to accommodate family and friends.

This lovely borgo has a wonderful history dating back to the 13th century when an ‘enormous’ miracle was alleged to have taken place in the village. Built on a rock surrounded by two gorges in the 12th century the borgo is famous for its church tower and small picturesque narrow lanes. At 250mt above sea level the views are spectacular. During the 15th and 17th centuries Patrignone was an important cultural centre. The painters Martino and Giacomo Bonfini, Francesco and Giacomo Agnello as well as the sculptor Desiderio Bonfini were famous artists based in the village. In 1486 Antonio Bonfini was appointed as historian to the Hungarian court of King Mattia Corvino.

A supermarket is a 5 minute walk through the village and has a full range of lovely fresh produce to create amazing home made dishes and pick up your morning pastries. The villages of Montalto and Montedinove are a few minutes drive away and have a lovely selection of restaurants and bars. Grottammare is the nearest coastal resort, about 20 minutes drive away, and has a large variety of amazing restaurants, beach clubs and things to do.
