    AI matches and explains

    Habio matches real listings from local agencies, explains why each home fits, and scores lifestyle factors like beach access, walkability and remote-work suitability.

    Talk directly to the agent

    Every listing keeps its provenance. Enquiries go straight to the marketing agency — we don't sit in the middle.

Where the listings come from

Habio aggregates homes marketed by local estate agencies and property professionals, with growing Portugal-first inventory. Every listing names its source, and every town with enough homes gets an AI-written area guide. Our buyer guides explain the purchase process, fees and taxes in plain language.

Habio was founded by Barry Connolly and is independent — we don't sell property ourselves, and guidance on the site is editorial, not advice. Always confirm details with qualified local professionals.
