What does it cost for an agent?
Your first month is free. We take a card to switch you on, but charge nothing until the same date next month. After that it depends on how many properties you list: up to 20 for €20, 21 – 50 for €39, 51 – 250 for €79, 251 – 1,000 for €149, 1,001+ for €249 a month. Not happy for any reason? We refund you in full within 30 days of any payment. No contract and no commission on any sale, ever.
How much does a private listing cost?
€29 for 3 months or €79 until sold, per property, and your first month is free with a card on file.
How fast will my property go live?
A person checks every feed and every private listing before it's published, usually within one working day.
I run an agency but also own a property myself. Which do I pick?
Pick the agency route for anything you're selling on behalf of a client, and the private route for a property you personally own. You can create both with the same email address.
