Questions sellers ask

Why do you need my card if the first month is free?: A card on file is what separates a serious seller from a tyre-kicker, and it keeps free listings off the site. You're not charged until day 31, you'll see the exact date before you confirm, and cancelling inside the free month means you pay nothing at all.
What happens after the 3 months?: Your listing renews for another 3 months at €29 unless you cancel — one click from your dashboard. Cancel any time and the listing stays up until the end of the period you've paid for.
What does “until sold” mean exactly?: One payment of €79 keeps your property live for 12 months. Sold in month two? Cancel and it comes down. Still going at month twelve? It renews for another year unless you've cancelled.
Can I pay in pounds or dollars?: Yes — pick EUR, GBP, USD at checkout. The price is the same number in each: €29 / £29 / $29 for 3 months.
Do you take a cut when it sells?: Never. The subscription is the only thing you pay Habio. The sale, the price and the negotiation are entirely yours.
What if you don't approve my listing?: If something needs fixing we send it back with a note — edit and resubmit, no second charge. If we can't publish it at all, we cancel the subscription and refund any payment in full.
