Every element of the property has been carefully curated using exceptional materials, including elegant Italian travertine stone, Canadian oak, premium hardwood flooring, and high-performance solar-control glazing throughout. The result is a home of outstanding quality, sophistication, and comfort.
The villa offers 205 m² of refined interior living space and a total built area of 451 m², including expansive terraces and a spectacular rooftop solarium. At its heart is a stunning open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area of almost 49 m², where floor-to-ceiling glass invites abundant natural light and frames beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

Designed to maximise both privacy and functionality, the layout is perfectly suited for permanent living, holiday enjoyment, or entertaining guests.
The lower level includes a substantial 62 m² private garage, gallery access area, and dedicated pool technical room. Above, a magnificent 56 m² rooftop solarium provides panoramic views across the championship golf course and towards the Mediterranean Sea, creating an exceptional setting for relaxation, outdoor dining, and sunset entertaining.
Outside, the villa continues to impress with a striking 43 m² infinity-style swimming pool, surrounded by landscaped gardens and mature Mediterranean pine trees that enhance the sense of privacy and exclusivity. More than 74 m² of terraces create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, allowing residents to enjoy the region’s enviable climate throughout the year.

Buying property in Spain
Spain welcomes foreign buyers with no nationality restrictions. The buyer needs an NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) before completion, and most buyers open a Spanish bank account to handle the deposit and ongoing charges. An independent lawyer (abogado) is strongly recommended — the notario only checks the deed, not the wider title.
Spain ended its Golden Visa property route in April 2025. Non-resident mortgages are widely available, typically 60–70% LTV. Non-resident sellers face a 3% withholding from the sale price (retención), claimable against capital gains tax. Always check community-of-owners (comunidad) debts and outstanding IBI before completion — they transfer with the property.
General guidance only — confirm specifics with a qualified local lawyer or tax adviser. Reference
