About this place
Delve into the Mediterranean heartland, these exclusive and unique villas offer an elegant design spread over two levels. The main floor houses the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room, a guest toilet, and a kitchen that blends into the living room and opens onto a large terrace with views of the landscape. On the lower floor, two additional bedrooms and a bathroom connect directly to the garden and outdoor spaces.
With a private pool and garden, these villas invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle in a setting of nature, serenity, and comfort.
Silvia Bellot, interior designer of these Villas, runs the innovative interior design studio Mediterranean Nomad, located in Jávea, Alicante. Its approach is based on the fusion of Mediterranean style with a nomadic and contemporary touch, highlighted using natural materials, warm tones and a minimalist aesthetic that is at the same time welcoming. The studio combines elements of diverse Mediterranean cultures and global influences, reflecting an itinerant lifestyle in perfect harmony with nature. Buying property in Spain
Spain welcomes foreign buyers with no nationality restrictions. The buyer needs an NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) before completion, and most buyers open a Spanish bank account to handle the deposit and ongoing charges. An independent lawyer (abogado) is strongly recommended — the notario only checks the deed, not the wider title.
Spain ended its Golden Visa property route in April 2025. Non-resident mortgages are widely available, typically 60–70% LTV. Non-resident sellers face a 3% withholding from the sale price (retención), claimable against capital gains tax. Always check community-of-owners (comunidad) debts and outstanding IBI before completion — they transfer with the property.
General guidance only — confirm specifics with a qualified local lawyer or tax adviser. Reference
