About this place
We are very happy to bring this brand new off plan project of villas located in Orihuela Costa, one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa Blanca. Its setting combines residential tranquillity with a wide range of leisure activities and services. Surrounded by prestigious golf courses such as Campoamor Las Ramblas, and Villamartín, these villas allow you to enjoy the sport in a unique natural setting. Just minutes away are the fine sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters, perfect for relaxing year-round thanks to the excellent Mediterranean climate. The area offers all the necessary services: supermarkets shopping centres, restaurants, medical centres, and schools as well as excellent road connections and proximity to Alicante Airport. This project offers the perfect balance between exclusivity comfort, and a Mediterranean lifestyle.
The complex is modern and elegant comprised of 7 independent villas designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a unique Mediterranean lifestyle. Each home has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, private parking on the plot, and a private pool, perfect for enjoying the sunny climate of the Costa Blanca year-round. The complex consists of 4 duplex villas with basements, ideal for those seeking extra space and versatility, and 3 single-story villas, perfect for those who prefer convenience and accessibility without stairs. In addition, all villas are equipped with underfloor heating in the bathrooms, electric blinds, a/c system, and unbeatable quality materials and finishes, guaranteeing comfort and elegance in every detail. Thanks to its privileged location, close to golf courses, beaches, and all essential services these brand-new homes are the ideal choice both as a permanent residence and as a real estate investment. Buying property in Spain
Spain welcomes foreign buyers with no nationality restrictions. The buyer needs an NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) before completion, and most buyers open a Spanish bank account to handle the deposit and ongoing charges. An independent lawyer (abogado) is strongly recommended — the notario only checks the deed, not the wider title.
Spain ended its Golden Visa property route in April 2025. Non-resident mortgages are widely available, typically 60–70% LTV. Non-resident sellers face a 3% withholding from the sale price (retención), claimable against capital gains tax. Always check community-of-owners (comunidad) debts and outstanding IBI before completion — they transfer with the property.
General guidance only — confirm specifics with a qualified local lawyer or tax adviser. Reference
