We have walking distance to the beach, train station and bus station, supermarket, restaurants etc. Even if we have everything close it is still located at a comfortable distance to the more active areas with more nightlife and noisy beach restaurants etc. This is a more family friendly residential area of Fuengirola, so it is a perfect investment if you are thinking of renting out. Both short and long term are possible as it has a valid license, and the current owners can of course provide numbers if necessary. Further we have modern layout with an open kitchen and good-sized rooms with built-in wardrobes and a beautiful balcony with glass curtains installed so that we can use it all year round. The apartment also comes with parking and a well-kept pool that is open all year round.
Buying property in Spain
Spain welcomes foreign buyers with no nationality restrictions. The buyer needs an NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) before completion, and most buyers open a Spanish bank account to handle the deposit and ongoing charges. An independent lawyer (abogado) is strongly recommended — the notario only checks the deed, not the wider title.
