This well kept 4 bedroom apartment, within walking distance to Puerto Portals, is located within a small community with only 8 owners. As community spaces there is an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by level lawn area with sun beds, a garage and a lift. The apartment offers a spcious and lightflooded living/dining room with a south facing 18sqm terrace overlooking the community pool. The kitchen has been renewed in 2021 and there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the ensuite master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Throughout the apartment you have wooden floors and a conducted airconditioning hot & cold system. The location has a very good infrastructure of shopping possibilities, restaurants and international schools within walking distance.
