A very well kept 4 bedroom apartment built on an urban plot in Arenal, in second line from the sea. The flat is oriented to the north and offers views towards the square of the village. The kicthen is fully fitted and well equipped, there are 2 separate bathrooms, one of them with it´s own dressing room, the living room is spacious and leads out onto a little balcony overlooking the park and the square. There are tiled floors all over the apartment and there is air conditioning hot / cold installed.
