About this place
It is a two storey contemporary house located in Armou village, 7 minutes drive from Paphos town. Combined with the nice view of Mediterranean sea and the mountains above drove the architect to make the most of the surrounding landscape. The creation of shades and fluids open spaces was the solution adopted in this project. As for the volumetry of the building the choice was for pure material with little interferences. The house has two main volumes made of different materials – wood and concrete. They are stacked creating two large structural overhangings. Taking advantadge of these shaded areas the living spaces can be expanded according to the season.

The process of buying property in Cyprus requires careful planning and involves several legal steps. Foreign buyers should budget for associated costs such as stamp duty, legal fees, and transfer fees, which can vary based on the property's value and other conditions.
Foreign buyers must confirm details with a qualified local lawyer as there are differences based on citizenship, and laws can change.
Recent adjustments include the introduction of a 0.4% seller's fee for the Central Agency for Equal Distribution of Burdens.
